Live Support
You can request a live (remote) session with our support group. We can use various tools to provide that support.
Our preferred method is to use Zoho Remote Support, which allows you to share the Headwave application desktop with us and also send files that may help us provide the best possible support for you. does not require an installation of any software, works on both Windows and Linux from a browser and will normally work well behind corporate firewalls.
To log into a remote session, please use the session code that we have provided for you. If you have not received a session code, please request live support.
